Perfect welcome Great performance

Lovely location with gorgeous views across the bay. Excellent food and wine (fish carpaccio, sea bass filets & desert). Our best meal in Corsica so far. Slow to take our order when we arrived (lots of people arrived at the same time) but it was fine after that.

Fijne culinaire ervaring op een schitterende locatie: de ligging en het uitzicht zijn prachtig, de kaart is beknopt maar voldoende keuze. De mogelijkheden voor vegetariërs zijn evenwel zeer beperkt. De bediening kan professioneler: als je in de Champions League wil spelen moet je dat niveau ook overal halen. (Voorbeeld: de wijnen worden niet ingeschonken, foutjes bij de aperitief, ik zal eens navragen aan de chef welke vegetarische opties er zijn en niet terugkomen met een antwoord…) Ostentatief alle rekeningen van andere tafels laten liggen aan de toog waar je afrekent met op elke rekening cash 10 of 5 euro is weinig subtiel: vraag dan een fooi aan tafel 😉 Dit zijn geen punten van kritiek maar positieve werkpunten zodat de beleving alleen maar beter kan worden. Het is mogelijk mits kleine inspanningen.
