Terrasse gourmande sur Moneteau

Following our last visit, we were very disappointed. There were four of us, and every dish was excessively salty. We were delighted on previous visits. Perhaps there's no consistency? We'll see.

La Terrasse Gourmande A truly wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were seated quickly, although initially we felt a little neglected—no doubt it was a busy evening. We had to ask to be served. Then, with a perfectly executed art of handling the unexpected, the staff redeemed themselves with remarkable elegance. The service then became impeccable: attentive, considerate, almost like a friend. We no longer felt like "customers," but truly valued. As for the food, it was flawless. Exquisite foie gras, dishes as flavorful as they were subtly presented, original and inspired cuisine. The generous and intelligently curated wine list perfectly complemented the experience. Special mention goes to the evident desire to transform a slight hiccup into a genuine moment of hospitality—and that is rare and precious. A place where you can feel the heart behind every gesture. We will return, without hesitation.

We had booked for about twenty people for lunch today. We received a very warm welcome, the service was excellent, and the waitresses were friendly and professional. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. I will gladly return.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but unfortunately the season didn't allow me to enjoy the beautiful view of the Yonne, but for the rest... What a joy. Very friendly and pleasant staff, fine cuisine, and flavors to die for. Reservations are almost mandatory, but today I was lucky enough to have a spot left for me.

We had a wonderful time at La Terrasse Gourmande! The welcome was warm and welcoming. The setting is magnificent, especially the aptly named terrace. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The food is a real success. The dishes are not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The service was impeccable, attentive, and never rushed. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's a must-visit in Monéteau!
