Thang Long sur Carcassonne

Ignore that google maps says temporarily closed, it's actually not. Amazing food, the lady serving was very friendly and accommodating, especially given the fact that we didn't speak a lick of French. The service was very attentive and quick, and the set menu was amazing value for money. 100% would come here again! Some quiet background music would have been nice.

Great experience, Mihan is super welcoming, the €19 menu is generous and extremely good. My wife loved the spring rolls, the salad is very good and the beef is excellent.

I went to get food to take away. The lady who took my order was very friendly. She expected me to leave and come back to pick up my food in 15-20 minutes, but I asked to wait right there. That was fine. While I was waiting, she chatted with me and gave me some recommendations for the rest of my stay in Carcassonne and the Occitanie. The food was done fairly quickly, and absolutely delicious!

I had a wonderful evening with my daughter...we had a fantastic time! The spring rolls and shrimp fritters were absolutely delicious, the Peking duck was tender and melt-in-your-mouth, and the bo bon was excellent. We had a lovely chat and a great laugh with the owner. Honestly, thank you! We'll be back soon. The food is delicious, homemade, and made with love. Thank you!
