Hello.
One of the very best Vietnamese restaurants in Montpellier. Varied, authentic, and traditional!
However, I suspect they use MSG in their cooking. I'm allergic to it. I suggest using sauces, garlic, or other natural flavor enhancers instead.
Otherwise, it's excellent.

The pineapple option is highly recommended!
It includes an appetizer and a main course.
I ordered the pineapple chicken.
Although the chicken was a bit dry, it was very flavorful and delicious!
On my second visit, I ordered the shrimp vermicelli.
I thought it was okay; the noodles themselves weren't really to my taste, and the soup was a bit sweet.
But overall, I found it acceptable.
The service was excellent! Everyone was very friendly!!
The restaurant was also very clean and lovely. Upon entering, you can see many cute aunties chatting and cooking in the kitchen. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, which I really liked.

We went there twice; the food was very good and homemade. There's a huge selection of Vietnamese dishes on the menu, and different lunch and dinner menus are available. The Chinese hot pot needs to be ordered in advance for two people to eat in. The portion is a bit small for two if you only order the Chinese hot pot. Takeaway is also available. The tram stop near the Observatory is very convenient, just 200 meters behind the Halls.
