A great spot for a quick break in the sun late afternoon. The beer and charcuterie/poutine platters were excellent! In short, don't hesitate to stop by.

It's a basic pub, nothing mind-blowing. 5 euros a pint. If you smoke and sit outside at night be prepared for a constant stream of people asking for money or cigarettes... sometimes quite aggressively.

The Golden Apple

25/03/2026: The staff were very friendly and the fish and chips were excellent! Followed by a quick game of darts to help with digestion. A very enjoyable time.
10/03/2026: A truly authentic and very welcoming English pub in Bordeaux. They have a selection of craft beers on tap and the pub food is excellent. It's a great place to go with family and children; the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended!
