A wonderful and lovely stay in a hotel room...everything is provided: towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper...the room was clean with chairs on the outdoor terrace overlooking a magnificent lake...so peaceful and relaxing, you can truly disconnect and unwind!! Just a short drive from Aurillac (15 minutes) with everything you need and a superb market on Saturday mornings...I highly recommend this place for relaxation...my next reservation is planned for spring!! The welcome was very professional...perfect

Beautiful location, average restaurant and chalets. Good service. The only downside is the fishing, where I called two weeks beforehand for information and then again a day before arrival. On site: Sorry, the person in charge of fishing is not here this weekend.

Negative Points Disappointing welcome, staff should be trained on how to use their software. Rooms and bathrooms leave something to be desired in terms of cleanliness, decor, and soundproofing. Positive Points Location overlooking the lake. Meal staff very attentive to customers. The place is only nice for relaxing on the terrace. No reviews on the chalets and caravans, which were not visited. Finally, even though I was responsible for the incident involving my vehicle and the stones at the entrance to the parking lot, I didn't appreciate the remark at reception: "The stones are quite big!" What are they for?

A view and a relaxing and superb setting. A few minor drawbacks regarding the services: - The chalet was clean but returned with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. - Swimming in the lake was prohibited. - Using our paddleboards was prohibited (but you can use them if you rent them...). - A coffee maker with coffee capsules must be purchased at the hotel (the price displayed in the chalet was 30 cents, but the unit cost 45 cents because they raised the prices without changing the price display). So, it's not a big deal, but at 209 euros a night... the view and tranquility are there.

Idyllic setting, well-maintained and conducive to a change of scenery. The accommodation is spacious and pleasant. The bathroom and household accessories are average. We arrived around 6 p.m. and asked to eat at the on-site restaurant, but were unpleasantly surprised to find it was full. We couldn't stay there comfortably and had to take the car to eat because there is no convenience store on site. It might be a good idea to prioritize customers, or to contact us by email to reserve the restaurant, as was done for the bed linen and towels option.

We had a great stay despite a problem early on, which the manager was able to quickly resolve. The place is really nice and very peaceful. The walk around the lake is pleasant with its horses and ponies. Honestly, it's a good place. A small downside for the restaurant: they should change the menu from time to time because for those staying in the rentals for a few days, it's off-putting. The same goes for the children's menu; the truffade is fine, but please also offer fries or pasta 😌. The chalets are great and very clean, and the pool is pleasant.

We had lunch at the restaurant. It had a beautiful view, a very good meal (the wine was also very nice), and a very friendly, helpful, and welcoming gentleman. And finally, a very reasonable price! A wonderful family time... Thank you for everything!

Incredible hotel, missing a star, I think, given the services offered! The pool is in perfect condition, the furniture is very new, and the restaurant with its lake view is simply magnificent. A haven of peace found in this little corner of paradise. 15 minutes from Aurillac, plenty of activities on foot around the lake, the rooms are exemplary cleanliness, and the staff is simply amazing! You can feel the good humor and kindness between them. Private parking reserved for the hotel section right in front of the rooms. The restaurant is really very good, the dishes are very tasty and beautiful. The bar is open until quite late. No reservations given the value for money. Thank you for these three days with you, we absolutely loved it! And above all! Pet-friendly. Our German Shepherd was well-off.
