RESTAURANT TO REMEMBER AT 13 ARR AND VERY NEAR 5 ARR. Great discovery, it's a very simple little restaurant, but with a family atmosphere. Upon entering, you are greeted by a very friendly, smiling young waitress from the beginning to the end of the meal. The owner, head chef and his sous chef welcome us with a smile. Meal preparation is done behind a glass roof located in the room. The dishes are tasty, the food is cooked perfectly and the plates are very beautifully presented. We highly recommend this restaurant which is worthy of a great, very friendly chef.

Florina is one of those hidden addresses that deserve to be better known. The chef of Spanish origin is very friendly. He also convinced his friend to open a small shop selling Spanish products right next door (I recommend you take a look there). But its cuisine is French, even if it sometimes includes touches of Spanish inspiration, like the (delicious!) Iberian ham croquettes with their smoked paprika mousseline stuffing. The chef likes to discuss his cuisine as much as he does wines, and he knows his stuff: for example, I tasted a very good Romanian white wine there, and a number of lovely French finds. But above all, the chef is so talented! I've been there more than ten times (I've stopped counting), and I've always had a great time. The dishes are elaborate, tasty, balanced. Even the diced bread is delicious. Every time I say the same thing to myself: why aren't there more people in this room, it's so good! Perhaps the location in the middle of Boulevard Port-Royal, or the decor, has something to do with it. The room is cute but nothing more. But it's nice to be able to see the chef and his sous chef working behind a glass roof located in the room. Allow around 50 Euros for starter/main course/dessert and a glass of wine.
