An unforgettable evening thanks to the whole team who took great care and took the time to answer all our questions.
The team reflects its dishes; original, warm, neat, professional.
A gastronomic experience that will appeal to connoisseurs and amateurs alike.
I highly recommend the food and wine pairing with sommelier Theo who was able to enrich the gastronomic experience with his knowledge of working with local wines.

The inventiveness and quality of the dishes is clearly an asset of this restaurant. The dining experience is excellent. The service is very friendly but sometimes lacks the professionalism that one would expect in this type of restaurant. We booked with the fork but fortunately we spent an hour before to confirm on site because the counter of free places on the system was wrong. We were still accepted. THANKS (-:

Every part of our experience was superb.
The only comment I would make was that I expected the special menu ´Les yeux du chef’ to be different, not comprising solely of a mix of items from the other two menus - albeit delicious though.

A splendid culinary journey without a doubt in Sète where octopus, tuna, shellfish and fish are worked with passion and attention to detail! A remarkable welcome and staff attentive to all our considerations. Everything is orchestrated as in a ballet, and smoothly, from the kitchen to the pastry, from the pastry to the dining room and even to the plate where the flavors and the assembled products are magnified and sublimated. Thank you Chef Martin, to you and your teams, for welcoming us with such care and generosity! We will come back to see you!

2eme fois que nous venons car nous avions eu une très bonne impression.Accueil,mets de qualité et parfaitement cuisinés.Un peu déçu cette fois ci par le menu à 78 euros.le rouget manquait de saveur malgré la sauce et le poulpe aussi dommage pour le reste un sans faute et un dessert succulent.Nous avons malgré tout passé un bon moment.

A événement mémorable, restaurant inoubliable.
Pour notre anniversaire de 30 ans de mariage, nous avons été recu divinement au sein de votre établissement. Toute l'équipe est chaleureuse et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Bravo Alabama et Bastien!
Ensuite, des amuses bouche jusqu'au dessert, chaque saveur était harmonieuse et subtile.
Un grand bravo et merci pour ce diner que nous n'oublierons pas.
