We went to the Essential, in 5 parts we should have stayed on 4. Sublime iodized part with grilled octopus and sea bass in green clothing, and chocolatey sweetness with matcha tea cream accompanied by a surprising black Mourvèdre from the Domaine Vieilles vignes Fitou very well recommended by a friendly Sommelier. Too bad we added the Pig in a pressed breast and bacon surrounding a filet mignon in a minimalist portion.

It was during a dinner, an exceptional experience, everything was perfect, the service, the staff, the setting and of course the meal! Edouard has very good advice for wine too Really amazed in a good way I have already recommended it to friends

The Marcel very much deserves its Michelin star, the cuisine of this young chef is wonderful, featuring high quality local products, tuna, octopus, fish and meat, it's beautiful, it's good , it's authentic, the service is perfect, warm and efficient, a superb address, we just want to come back!!!

Apart from the pedantic welcome from a maître d who was annoyed at our choice to choose the menu given the obligation to take the same menu for the table, everything was perfect from the appetizers to the sweet treats. What beautiful flavors in the dishes and the subtlety of the chocolate dessert...

08/03/2024: Excellent restaurant! Favorite for me. Excellent dish and dessert. Nothing more to say, I recommend. Friendly atmosphere and pretty decoration.
22/02/2024: Small stop at the end of the day after visiting Sète and before taking the train. Smiling and friendly waiter. Nice and clean place. A real brasserie menu but we weren't there for that!
