Disappointing, had to wait over an hour before food was available. In the meantime our table was reserved for those who had pre booked their food for later in the evening. Their were, as we saw when we were leaving, other tables where we could have eaten outside the designated eating area. It is not a genuine Irish bar but a "canned" version for tourists. This was evident as the TV was used by the disco and the games and darts machines were switched off fr the disco also on a night when Ireland were playing rugby in the six nations. We went to a lovely restaurant across the square and then returned to a genuine Irish bar two doors up from the Shamrock to drink Guinness and enjoy the rugby on their TV.
Hello. A 31-year-old music lover, especially of singing, I've been coming regularly on Sundays for the past year for karaoke nights because I love to sing (I've been a student at the Brive music conservatory since 2011). The bartender and DJ are super friendly, and the atmosphere is always lively. I usually come with a friend or on my own to sing and dance a bit. Musically, there's something for everyone: pop, rock, symphonic metal, French songs...
I love this place! It's very pleasant and well-located in Brive with great music.
I'll be back every Sunday or every two weeks because this place is fantastic for karaoke nights.
