04/05/2026: For the past few months, I've been going there every weekend. The staff is very friendly and the food is decent and affordable. Unlimited vegetables mean you never leave hungry, and it's inexpensive. So, to all the negative reviews (Oh dear... there was no chocolate served with the coffee! ...my god...), do you know many restaurants where you can eat all you want starting at €8.90? Yes, it's not a Michelin star, but you know that going in, and at least you can avoid junk food like crispy chicken and other "Macburgers." I go there and I'll go back! Thank you, Flunch Franconville!
20/04/2026: I used to go to Flunch with my family often, ever since I was little. It was practically an institution. But this experience clearly marked the end of that ritual.
I came with my sister, our children, and my mother. The glasses were dirty, the trays still wet, and two of the drink fountains were out of order. The cashier (probably the team leader) was very attentive and had a real knack for customer service. He was the only one, along with the table cleaner, who raised the bar. They were both very professional and made sure the restaurant ran smoothly, but how could they possibly manage with the rest of the team? The woman at the prepared foods and breaded fish counter was condescending and rude to customers (just because you don't swear doesn't mean you're not being rude). The food was disgusting (overcooked, almost burnt fries, iced beans), in short... a disaster. Even the breaded fish still had freezer water in it.
Good luck to these two people who will have a hard time working properly and staying motivated (and goodness, they give it their all in the middle of it). more broken arms...
