Some employees are jaded, while others are very professional.
The toilet tap is wobbly, and some tiles are missing.
It wouldn't take much to bring this place back to life.

The restaurant was just okay, nothing exceptional. The young man at the till looked like he was at the end of his rope, not smiling, the mashed potatoes were way too salty, and the green beans had no taste.

Excellent meat! Plenty of vegetables to choose from, pleasant staff.
At 2:30 PM on Sunday, September 6, 2026, the young waitress was awful and gave me terrible service, Melba. She should stay home on Sundays and find another job.

An exceptional welcome that makes you want to come back!
After more than a year without visiting the Flunch in Franconville, we had lunch there as a family today at 3 pm, and the experience was wonderful.
A huge thank you to the manager, Ababakar, for his exceptional kindness. He showed incredible patience with my 3-year-old son and immediately made us feel at ease. A big thank you also to Imen for her equally warm welcome.
The meal was very good, the place was particularly clean, and the staff were highly professional. But it's really this attentiveness and kindness that makes all the difference.
We'll be back very soon!

Walking in, you'd think you were in a mosque; it has a bad reputation. Anyway, it's a shame the menu is smaller compared to other Flunch restaurants (no dauphine potatoes, for example). Otherwise, it's standard fare. A special mention goes to the crème brûlée, which was excellent. It was so good, it was just like a traditional bakery dessert.

We came as a family of four on August 18, 2026, for the mussels dinner. The mussels were reheated and therefore dry, the fries were shriveled, the vegetables were cold, and the potatoes were undercooked. I pointed this out to the person filling the plates. The bin for the mussel shells was overflowing, and I also mentioned it to the kitchen staff so they could take care of replacing it. The staff were very friendly. I usually go to the Flunch on Rue Caulaincourt in Paris, which is more refined and has a wider selection of appetizers and desserts.
