I’m a big fan of Ugly Wok and usually come here for the good food and fast service. Unfortunately, today was very disappointing. I waited almost 30 minutes before my order was even taken. It seemed that one large Deliveroo order created a huge backlog during peak time, leaving the rest of us waiting while the team struggled to process it. I hope you can review how large delivery orders are handled during busy periods. It was frustrating for many customers today and, unfortunately, likely cost you quite a few regulars.

Excellent, very fast, very well organized, very welcoming, and the price is very reasonable for the quality and the neighborhood. Don't be put off by the lunchtime queue; they are actually very fast and well-organized.

Very good quality Thai takeaway food. Delicious dishes, especially the Pad Thai, and a daily special that changes every day. It's often very busy at lunchtime, but the service is very fast.
