At 9 a.m. for breakfast there is 1 croissant and 1 terrible pain au chocolat left lol for a good lunch it is better to have it at 7 a.m. lousy for 15 euros for lunch

We left the CH at noon..Not very friendly..we were alone in the restaurant at lunchtime..(15 days after new at the CH I called around 1:15 p.m. to book and was told exceptionally closed..OKKand today 31 July same situation..I phone around noon to book within the next quarter of an hour....RESPONSE.. we are closed are we preparing for the holidays? GAG OR NOT BUT NOT SERIOUSLY, THAT’S SURE 😡👎

On arrival, hotel looked rather run down, with peeling door, etc. However, once in room, clean and acceptable. Shower good, bed comfortable. Highlight was at reception, young guy made us so welcome and served us drinks happily. Then ate in evening..well, excellent food and plenty of it - wonderful lobster sauce on my fish. Not expensive. Good value and glad we stayed.
