A totally unexpected surprise. We thought we were going to a sushi restaurant, but instead we were treated to a fun way to blindly experience Japanese cuisine. We told the waiter what we like and don’t like and after that they brought out each course blindly, and we had to guess what it was. The food was exceptional and it was such a unique and fun experience. So much fun!!

For our one year of marriage. Magnificent discovery. Excellent. Very very pleasant staff. Eating blindly, without choosing, guessing our plates by tasting. Sublime. We highly recommend

We came to eat at nama a 4, we were excited considering the previous reviews are all excellent except for some recent reviews. We were also curious about the concept, where you don't choose what you eat, and you have to guess after eating. the concept is successful. We had 3 3-course menus as well as a 4-course menu, all with food and wine pairing. We arrived at 8:30 p.m., the order was placed at 8:45 p.m. What was our surprise when, for 30 minutes, no dish came. Worse, no drinks were served to us during this time. The first dish served is the starter for the only person being in 4 courses. the accompanying glass of wine having been forgotten. So much so that at 9:30 p.m. (45 minutes after ordering!), 3 of the 4 guests had still not eaten or drunk anything. we had to get up and ask for drinks to be brought to us. This is not acceptable for a restaurant that aims to be gourmet. After the starter, we had to wait another 30 minutes for the main course. Some of the guests were already no longer hungry at this point, which is a shame. In terms of the dishes themselves, the starter of the 3 course menu was ordinary. The main course, on the other hand, is very good, a meat cooked to perfection. However, we did not receive cutlery to accompany this dish. we thought the waiter was just going to bring them back then, what was our surprise to see him go to another table, then another. After 3 minutes of waiting, we had to get up and get some cutlery from an unoccupied table nearby. The dessert was good but nothing more. Clearly, a disappointment compared to our expectations. (It seems that the chef has changed recently, which may explain this discrepancy between the old comments and our experience.) I would still like to point out that in absolute terms, the dishes are good. but for a restaurant at this price, it is not enough, especially compared to the competing offerings in the area. These dishes would deserve 5 stars if they were sold for half the price. Finally, the slowness of the service is probably due to the fact that there was only one server, for a half-filled room. I hope this situation is temporary and the staff is on vacation, because this is clearly not enough. On a positive note though, the boss (?) himself is very nice, he was able to adapt to our particular requests, and offered us a light digestive to apologize for the wait.

Excellent cuisine with Japanese notes. Flavors to discover to delight our taste buds as well as perfect presentations to delight the eyes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We booked for my son's birthday. Very nice experience. An original concept, where we had to find the ingredients for our dishes. My son loved it. We accepted the challenge with pleasure. The cuisine offered combines Japanese and French gastronomy with subtlety. Amazing flavors and a wonderful balance in the choice of ingredients. Our taste buds appreciated the delicacy of the dishes. In addition, they listen to our special requests. I was delighted to drink two extraordinary and unforgettable sakes. Thank you for sharing your passion with us and well done to the whole team

Wow! Such an amazing culinary experience. We loved the creativity of the dishes and the concept of having to guess the ingredients in the dish. I wish more restaurants would implement a similar concept. It makes you work to discern the flavors in the dish. We paired our meal with the recommended wines/saki. So much fun. Highly recommend.

Incredible dining experience! We took the 6-course Miam menu with food and wine pairing. The dishes are intelligently designed to introduce you to incredible flavors with an Asian influence. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They take great care and take the time to present each dish to us. To discover without delay!

A great culinary experience! The food is delicious and the flavors are very original, my partner and I loved it. We accompanied our menu with a food and sake pairing and once again what a great discovery. The icing on the cake was the impeccable service and an extremely interesting exchange on food and sake. We recommend in every way and we will come back.
