A very interesting concept that encourages one to use the senses to experience food in a different way. We enjoyed the experience. The service was attentive and we appreciated the explanation of the food, wine, and its components. However, we found that the food could be better, and less repetitive components could be better (I think all the dishes we ate had beetroots in them.) The dessert was kind of a let down, but everyone has a room for improvement.

Fantastic evening at Nama! We had the four-course Nama menu! It was delicious, and the wine pairing with the sake at the end was truly incredible! I highly recommend it :) As for the ambiance, I'm giving it three stars because we were expecting decor and music choices that better matched the dishes, a more authentic experience! Perhaps that's asking a lot, but the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere felt more like a typical restaurant. Aside from that, the servers were incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain the blind tastings we had just done, so overall, a really great experience 👌🏻

This is my best dining experience ever. Great menu tasting, you go with the flow of the chef the tastes and ingredients the taste are all from another place The drinks ( wine and sake) are also on another level Took my partner for her birthday and we cant recommend enough

Our first experience in a gourmet restaurant, we had a wonderful time; the cuisine and presentation were refined. The blind tasting menu allowed us to fully appreciate each dish in a unique way – a truly delightful discovery.

The food is average good(Japanese French fusion) but we really like the concept of blind tasting. The waiter Leo was friendly and informative. If you like Japanese food and sake, give it a try!

19/12/2025: This is my first time here and I'm disappointed. We waited a long time before even having to ask to place an order. No server came to take our order for 45 minutes. That's unacceptable. Then the burger was cold. Apart from the manager, who seemed friendly at the end, the service wasn't pleasant. It's a real shame.
13/12/2025: The food and service were good, but the service was chaotic, both for the food and the drinks. It took almost two hours in total to get everything, and the staff didn't even apologize!
