I highly recommend this restaurant. A truly wonderful discovery with the six-course blind tasting menu. Each dish was a veritable explosion of flavors, difficult to describe given the masterful execution.
We paired our meal with three glasses of sake, each different and perfectly matched to each course.
A big thank you to the waiter and the owner for their warm welcome and passionate explanations of each dish and each sake. The dishes kept arriving, surprising us with each one—a true awakening of the senses from beginning to end.

It's expensive, but worth the price. The cuisine is subtle and refined, a fusion of European and Japanese flavors, accompanied by a well-chosen selection of drinks. I opted for the sake pairing, and it was a revelation for me. The desserts are equally impressive. The service is friendly, the dining room is pleasant, and the owner is welcoming.

My second visit to Nama restaurant, and what can I say... It was another superb time spent with the manager and Leo! The dishes were delicious, the wine more than surprising, and the experience itself incredible. I'll be back again and again ;)

A very interesting concept that encourages one to use the senses to experience food in a different way. We enjoyed the experience. The service was attentive and we appreciated the explanation of the food, wine, and its components. However, we found that the food could be better, and less repetitive components could be better (I think all the dishes we ate had beetroots in them.) The dessert was kind of a let down, but everyone has a room for improvement.

Fantastic evening at Nama!
We had the four-course Nama menu! It was delicious, and the wine pairing with the sake at the end was truly incredible!
I highly recommend it :) As for the ambiance, I'm giving it three stars because we were expecting decor and music choices that better matched the dishes, a more authentic experience! Perhaps that's asking a lot, but the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere felt more like a typical restaurant.
Aside from that, the servers were incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain the blind tastings we had just done, so overall, a really great experience 👌🏻
