Great experience, I recommend the sake glasses.

The concept of a blind tasting menu is appealing: you taste more attentively, trying to identify the ingredients. The dishes were generally good, although some were quite heavily seasoned and the same mussel sauce appeared twice. The main disappointment was the wine list. It's already rather limited, and even more surprisingly, many selections were unavailable. For example, among the white Bordeaux wines, there was only one option left. This is astonishing, especially at the end of the week, for a restaurant whose wine list (on social media) has a certain reputation. Lacking Bordeaux or other French white wines, we tasted several sakes. Unfortunately, these aren't listed individually on the menu, with their names and a choice of bottles: only a tasting is offered. The sakes served all seemed quite high in residual sugar and too sweet for our taste. A huge thank you to the young waiter, who was single-handedly responsible for all the tables and never stopped for a second. He provided excellent service with great energy and efficiency. One last small point: the music selection could also use a little more attention.

We came based on Google reviews, but the restaurant disappointed us. We appreciated the amuse-bouche, which was very elaborate, but we ended up with half a tomato for our starter. The young waiter did his best, but we waited 25-35 minutes between courses. The value for money is poor, which is a shame because it's an original concept. When it came time to pay, the owner took our money without even asking if we were satisfied with our meal or saying a word.

Wonderful evening at Nama, starting with cocktails in a relaxed setting. Delicate and very tasty dishes with some special tastes and surprises. Guessing the ingredients wasnt always easy, but we also learned a lot in the process. Thanks for a great evening in Bordeaux :)

My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed these surprising, unexpected, and sometimes difficult-to-identify flavors. The pairings were perfect. The service was attentive and impeccable. The six-course menu was a great success. Next time, I'll return with my wife, who is vegetarian, and the menu will be adapted for her. Just mention it when making the reservation. In short, I highly recommend it.

This restaurant was an amazing find. Blind tasting with paired wines. The food was amazing, the chef brilliant. The service was perfect and couldn't fault a thing. The wiater and chef spoke English, as our french was very rusty. The surprise of each dish made the night. We've never eaten at a blind tasting restaurant but this completely changed our perception on what an experience this was. The food was perfectly presented and the blend of flavours masterful. Would highly recommend Nama for all those visiting Bordeaux.
