We had lunch today at 99 Haussmann with my entire team and had a wonderful time. Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert. The dishes are sophisticated and reimagined with beautiful flavor combinations that are both original and expertly executed. Special mention goes to the Pink October dessert, which is truly excellent. Even for those who don't particularly enjoy the bitterness of grapefruit, the balance is perfect: the bitterness doesn't overpower the other flavors at all. It's a light and refreshing dessert that provides the perfect ending to the meal. A truly wonderful experience!

A Wonderful Evening in a Truly Beautiful Atmosphere We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at 99 Hausmann Restaurant and Bar and felt incredibly comfortable from the very beginning. We would particularly like to emphasize the wonderful atmosphere: quiet, welcoming, warm, and almost a little homey—in a very pleasant and stylish way. You don't just feel like you're in a restaurant, but almost like you're a guest of excellent hosts. The food was consistently excellent. Both the starters and the main courses absolutely impressed us: perfectly balanced in flavor, beautifully prepared, and served with great care. We also particularly remember the cheese course at the end, which rounded off the evening wonderfully. We only see a little room for improvement in the desserts; they were very tasty, but had a slightly convenience feel to them, so this course could be brought up to the otherwise very high standard. The service was a real highlight. The team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and charming. We felt as if they were anticipating our every need. This attentiveness and warmth contributed significantly to making the evening so special for us. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience in a charming restaurant with excellent food and superb service. We would love to return.

The chef is outstanding. The service is friendly, but there's a clear lack of management in the dining room. Furthermore, not being able to make an Americano and not having Irish whiskey is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.

Original, refined and visually appealing recipes

We had a wonderful time in this lovely, refined setting for my friend's birthday. The menu included a prawn starter, a prime cut of meat, the catch of the day, a cheese platter, and a chocolate fondant, all accompanied by a delicious red wine. Everything was perfect, and there was even a lovely surprise: a candle! A huge thank you for the delightful atmosphere of this restaurant, where you truly feel at home. Special thanks to Omar and Saju, whom we warmly thank for their hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. We'll be back! 😊

Superb experience! The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive. The food was delicious, especially the seared hake.

What a lovely time we had at lunch in the hotel's very pleasant and peaceful patio! The lunch menu is excellent: a well-balanced selection of dishes, cooked and presented with care. The service is friendly and welcoming without being intrusive (the chef even came to greet us, which is always a nice touch). Even the bread is delicious. I will gladly return.

A delightful and flavorful find in the Place Saint Augustin business district. It's a cozy oasis where young chef Loic Trobrillant tantalizes our taste buds with delicious dishes. From the pearly white fish to the light and refreshing desserts (Apricot Cheesecake/Lavender Cloud), we're swept away on a unique culinary journey. The patio terrace—when not in the heat of summer—is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner. We'll be keeping an eye on how the menu changes with the seasons.

I was already impressed last month when I had lunch here, and I'm back again with another friend, and it's perfect once more: a short but interesting menu, beautifully cooked food with precise results in perfect sauces, and divine desserts (cucumber and apple crumble...). It's simply perfect. So it's a bit pricey, too, but well worth it.
