We've been going to this Japanese restaurant regularly (and only) for several years now. We've never been disappointed. The food is good and fresh. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Without a doubt, this is the best Japanese restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. What impressed me the most, however, was the outstanding service. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about their guests. I asked if they could prepare something for my 6-year-old child without raw fish, and they happily created a special meal that he absolutely loved. After we had already left, we realized that part of our order had been forgotten. Instead of simply apologizing, a member of the staff personally brought the remaining food to our hotel. That level of care and customer service is truly rare. For the food, the atmosphere, and especially the incredible hospitality, I give this restaurant a well-deserved 5/5. I've been ordering from them regularly for years and I think they're one of the best Japanese restaurants I know. The products are fresh and honestly delicious. And the staff is lovely, always smiling and in a good mood. I highly recommend them.

The service for online orders has become disastrous. For some time now, almost every time I order, an item is missing. I don't always think to check. Aside from saying "we're sorry," there's no compensation. I had to request a discount for next time. It's a shame because the food is good and the owners are friendly, but if this continues, I'll go elsewhere.

I received a very warm welcome. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and was greeted very well. The service was quick, and the menu was generous and delicious.
