I'm spending a few days in Saint-Nazaire and stopped at this restaurant: the starters and main courses are beautifully prepared, with precision, and absolutely delicious! For dessert, a lemon sponge cake 🍋 with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon cream was a real treat; my taste buds were delighted. Thank you 🙏 to the chef, and thank you for the extra steak for my dog 🐕—and it was cut to perfection!

This is our second time eating at Panem. This time, we brought our family. A warm welcome, excellent service, fresh and high-quality ingredients, generous portions... a true Mediterranean restaurant!
Special mention to the chef, Jaja, for her generous cuisine.

We had a wonderful time at Panem. The waiter was incredibly friendly, knew the menu very well, and gave us great recommendations throughout the meal. His good humor and wit were a much-appreciated bonus. Jaja, the chef, regularly checked to make sure everything was alright with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. An explosion of flavors in every bite. The wine was also excellent. We have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be back.

Once again we were not disappointed by Panem, a big thank you to Jaja in the kitchen, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Her accent sings of the south…and thank you to the waiter for his welcome and service.

Panem was suggested by the hotel receptionist: Moussa who deserves five star as well. Panem staff and food were amazing: a journey across the Mediterranean Sea in a meal. Congrats!

Le Panem is not what it used to be!!!!
We were very disappointed. The vegetables weren't fresh, the rolls weren't made that day, the food was reheated, I no longer recognized the flavors and spices, nor the beautiful tableware. We hadn't been back for two years.
