While passing through Sète, an acquaintance suggested I try Cianni's tielles. I didn't hesitate, as I enjoy this specialty with a side salad. They are generously filled and perfectly spiced. Personally, I really liked them. I recommend this place.

While passing through Sète, we couldn't miss the local specialty: a tielle. And we can say we weren't disappointed at all! Finally, a tielle with real flavors, a good texture inside, a true fishy taste, and a crust that's both crispy and soft... perfect! 🤩

It's delicious because it tastes more like seafood than bread because it's made with seafood inside the bread. Although the staff speak different languages, they are very friendly and try to communicate with each other.

12/01/2026: Fantastic restaurant with an amazing grilled cuttlefish. Perfectly cooked! The young man and woman serving lunch today were absolutely lovely! We highly recommend this place in this little corner of fishermen's huts.
