Of the three Tokami restaurants in the area between Toulouse and Blagnac, the one in Labège is the real gem: the first, the original, run directly by the founding family. And the difference is truly noticeable! Each course is carefully prepared, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. You can tell they're freshly prepared, not pre-cooked. A special mention goes to the tuna fillets used for the sashimi—simply superb. Incredibly fresh, they melt in your mouth. The service is pleasantly quick and attentive, without wasting your time, but without even feeling rushed. In short, you eat beautifully and leave the table feeling perfectly full. It's definitely on the list of the best sushi restaurants in and around Toulouse.

Excellent Japanese food! Very fresh ingredients, delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The welcome is warm. I've been coming for a long time and I still love it. A wonderful place in Labège that I highly recommend.
