Always friendly, helpful, and the food is excellent…

A superb experience every time I go. I come from Paris and it's a place I never miss when I'm in town. The food is excellent and the staff—what can I say? So kind, helpful, and attentive—in short... I'll stop there because you might think I'm being paid, hahaha! Go without hesitation, hahaha—but don't open your eyes to admire the beauty of the dishes! I recommend it a million times over!

We dined 3 times in our week of vacation at Chez Tom and enjoyed the down to earth family business atmosphere. The food selection allows variation. We had Pizza, Fish, Pasta, and Salad and enjoyed it. On Saturday, our last night of vacation, we wanted to enjoy our goodbye dinner there. However, we were very disappointed given the expectations from the other two nights. The manager on duty didn't seem to have an overview of tables. It took a while till they picked up our order and other (larger) tables who arrived later got in between. All in all, our food took 1,5hrs to arrive. When I gave my feedback to the manager, she just repeated that there were other tables before us - not realizing that that the sequence of tables was of their own making, not necessarily reflecting the actual order of arrival/waiting time. The colleagues on the other days were way better in control of the situation. So I recommend the place anytime... but if you're hungry watch out who's on duty.

We came twice, once at the beginning of our stay and the second time on our departure day. It's really very good, and the portions are more than generous. The welcome at the restaurant is great; we were made to feel very welcome in a friendly, family atmosphere. It's a very good place to eat. Honestly, one of the best restaurants we went to during our stay.

Excellent restaurant! I had the tagliatelle carbonara, it was delicious and not too salty. The waitress was friendly. Located on the square, the shaded terrace is very pleasant. Great value for money. I highly recommend it!

What a pleasant surprise during our visit to Sérignan! This restaurant is truly fantastic: the quantity, quality, and service are all exceptional. Special mention goes to the maxi burger – it's enormous! 😱

Delicious food and a very sweet, hard-working family. And plenty of tasty food for little money. We definitely come back every year and get a big kiss because they see us again.
