I can only judge the brasserie because I was not at the hotel. The service is impeccable! A big thank you to all the staff who served us with great professionalism! We had a wonderful evening. Dishes had to be sent back to the kitchen, they were quickly re-served without any problems. The adorable and smiling waitress. We will come back for sure!

Great hotel and staff! Everyone was fantastic. Only downside is the red under the hotel plays loud music until late, but I’m a heavy sleeper so it did not bother. Otherwise highly recommend. Stayed there with my 8 year old. The hotel has a “hotel manager” that is a cat named Ubu. Great trip.

My opinion concerns the brewery. Everything was perfect ! The delicious mimosa eggs, the hearty truffle tarama, the superb tuna carpaccio. For the dishes I recommend the Coquelet with its homemade sauce to die for. The fries are cooked to perfection and crispy. Al Dente Morel Pasta worthy of Italy The deserts are on the same level! A massacre . For a trendy brasserie like this we expected a decent dinner like in most of the places listed. This is not the case at Thoumieux! DELICIOUS to sum up. Also note the extreme kindness of the staff. We will come back with great pleasure.

24/03/2024: These pizza are crazily delicious, the pizza pate is just as fine as crepe, the ingredients are fresh and tasty. You should try it with thai sauce.

06/04/2024: Bof Bof.... Nice classy place with music from the 80s which doesn't go with the place. The dish is mediocre and tasteless. The place is pretty, the restaurant is well located but for the food I don't recommend it.
31/03/2024: The food was delicious with good atmosphere and super nice staffs! I highly recommend it.
