12/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Le Braque this past Saturday evening. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable throughout the meal. A huge thank you to our server, whose sommelier expertise was evident. Her wine recommendations, sometimes from more exclusive estates, were always spot-on, original, and perfectly paired with the dishes. The menu, very vegetable-focused and herbaceous, offered a lovely freshness, ideal for the season. Each dish was perfectly seasoned, full of flavor, and served in generous portions. The desserts concluded the meal with great balance: one very refreshing, the other more comforting, yet still light. Precise, creative, and generous cuisine, brought to life by a passionate team. We loved this experience and will gladly return!
