Every time I'm in Arles, I stop by here for polite, simple service with a smile – a huge contrast today to the reception at the amphitheater where the ticket clerk acted like an American border guard. The burgers are amazing, and you can enjoy them on the small terrace as a hint of spring appears. Bravo! 👏

The food *is excellent* but the price is crazy. Over 40 euros for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Not worth it unless you are craving an elite burger (because the burgers truly were quite excellent).

Good burgers and tasty fries. Ideal for a quick lunch or dinner; these aren't mass-produced burgers. You can watch them prepare everything right in front of you. The staff is very attentive. 28/12/2025

Today, we ordered from Tonton Sam through an online platform. Due to an issue with the platform, our order encountered a problem. Tonton Sam was very attentive and extremely responsive in resolving the situation.
The food is delicious and the staff is truly excellent.
