26/03/2024: Small place but very cozy. Few dishes to choose from but very good. The cook and the head of the room very nice and attentive. Good value for money.
24/03/2024: Limited menu but... What a menu! We thoroughly enjoyed the imaginative dishes full of sauces with unexpected flavors. Fish, meat, pasta... everything was delicious. The service was also excellent and we couldn't help but watch the chef cook; The truth is that seeing it in action was a joy. We will come to Arles again just to be able to enjoy dinner at Le Gibolin!

06/04/2024: Very good address, elaborate cuisine while remaining simple, good seasoning, very pleasant service.
03/04/2024: I RECOMMEND +++ Each time it is excellent, the menu changes often and each time the chef manages to surprise us! Everything is homemade and of high quality, right down to dessert, which is very rare. A little advice to book before, a little reminder by email will be sent to you and all you have to do is be served like royalty.
