Hello everyone, I highly recommend this hotel. Since the change in management, the new manager at reception is very friendly and welcoming, and she can advise you on activities in the area. As for the restaurant, the new chef is excellent, and all the meals are very good. Lunch has everything you need for a delicious meal. The waitress is a bit shy, but she gives great advice on the menus and is very attentive to guests. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality during the two weeks I spent at the Nîmes Military Hospital. I will return with great pleasure very soon.

The establishment is very clean; I think the rooms have been recently renovated. The restaurant is very good, and so is the breakfast. A big thank you to Océane for his warm welcome; he always finds a solution.

Instead of leaving a flyer in the room, it would be more appropriate to ask guests upon arrival if they would like their room cleaned! This avoids unpleasant surprises when they return in the evening (especially regarding towels)!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, considering the rating and some of the reviews. The answer is a change of ownership that's clearly focused on quality! Well done! The welcome was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Currently rooms are being revamped, good for a night stopover, didn't use restaurant, buff' grill across road average, good wifi.

We were supposed to be able to eat dinner in the evening, but there was a restaurant and we arrived and couldn't!!! Really not satisfied! That's why I feel special.

Without a reservation, we received a professional welcome. Snowed in, we were able to extend our stay and enjoy the recently renovated, functional, and very clean room. The bedding was excellent. Breakfast was expensive considering the limited selection.
