20/07/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at the Orient-Express in Vierzon. The staff were extremely rude and unpleasant to customers. The person who greeted us spoke aggressively and shouted at the customers, which is completely unacceptable in a place where one comes to have a pleasant experience. A minimum of respect and courtesy towards customers is truly necessary. I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning.

28/07/2026: Hello, Is there a hygiene department that inspects your store? How is it possible that every time I visit your establishment, the restroom floor is sticky, with dirt that has clearly been there for a long time? The stains visible in the photo are not from any liquid, but from solid deposits, accompanied by a strong smell of urine permeating the entire room, and to top it all off, the sink is clogged. I find this situation unacceptable for an establishment that sells and serves food. A minimum level of hygiene is essential, both for the respect of your customers and for the image of your brand. I hope that measures will be taken quickly.

27/07/2026: Passing through on our way to our holiday destination after a stop at the nearby gas station. We ordered takeout. The Asian salad was very good, with a really delicious dressing and plenty of toppings. My partner enjoyed the chicken sandwich. We also had a crisp and delicious pear tart. The young man who served me was smiling and friendly.

25/07/2026: Open until 9 pm, which is very convenient in the summer. You can eat potato pancakes, pizzas, breaded cheese... nice dining room and very helpful staff.

23/08/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant in Vierzon. I was stuck in the entrance for ages, without being helped or given any real explanation. We were finally told there was a so-called "problem in the kitchen," but the manager was completely absent and took no responsibility for the situation or for communicating with the customers. The most annoying thing? Just as I was leaving, a customer was coming out with their takeout order. The kitchen seemed to be working well enough to serve some orders, while the customers who were still there waited unnecessarily, without any information or solutions offered. And frankly, I left feeling like I'd been a nuisance. I left without having eaten, feeling completely ignored. A minimum of hospitality, transparency, and consideration would have been enough.

22/08/2026: We arrived at the parking lot at 1 p.m., which was far from full... despite this, we were refused entry with the reason "you didn't make a reservation, we're full," even though half the restaurant was open and empty. Everyone can draw their own conclusions.
