16/12/2024: Too bad they are missing some degree during our morning spa, we are all frozen. Are you going to increase the water temperature to freezing? As well as the shower, you also have to want to shower before getting into the water. Please try to improve this for next year. Unless we are in balneotherapy we do not have the right to have water at the right temperature and that you increase it for your tourists but if this is not the case the tourist is not supposed to be hot in the water.

08/12/2024: We only ate there, I can't "judge" the rooms. The staff is polite and smiling but too “stuck” for my taste. We feel a certain pressure of “impeccable dress required” which gives us the impression that the staff do not dare to be “natural”. The dishes are very well presented. I would have appreciated if the bottle of water I had had been opened beforehand, it would have saved me the hassle of opening it.
