Great atmosphere, the service is truly impeccable and the food is just delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves (even with the appetizers!).

Great discovery, one of my favorite restaurants in Besançon! The decoration is great. We ate there twice: once in the evening and once for lunch. In terms of value for money, lunch is surely a little better. Everything is excellent and it only costs €19 per person. In the evening it's about twice as expensive and it's less plentiful but the dishes are more elaborate, very well presented and the atmosphere is calmer. By taking the discovery menu twice, you can taste the whole menu which is very nice. Both are worth the detour.

Very original concept. Varied and well-crafted dishes. There are even lacquered dishes. It's hard to see that we eat vegetarian.

Ate for lunch, very good but little choice and everything is quite greasy overall, and sometimes restocking dishes (buffet) takes a little time. It was rather cold in the room. Overall rather a good address.
