New owners, new dishes, and new desserts too!!! The Basque salad was excellent! The andouillettes were generous and beautifully presented. And what can I say about the desserts??? Absolutely divine!!!! We are thrilled with this change.

Restaurant at the entrance to the village with reserved parking for customers. Excellent value for money. The portions are very generous. Very attentive and friendly service. Some of the waiters speak Spanish.

A warm welcome, friendly staff, all in a lovely setting. The food is undoubtedly homemade, with generous portions and excellent preparation; the andouillette tart and chocolate charlotte were superb. I highly recommend it.

We gathered 60 people in the back garden to share an aperitif of charcuterie boards, country pâté, cheeses, and Basque cake. We had a wonderful time in a very pleasant setting, and everything was delicious. A huge thank you to Julie, Ander, and their entire team for their warm welcome and kindness. We wish you every success in this new venture. We are certain that everything will go very well; you deserve it!

20/05/2026: Hotel with excellent value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed, unbeatable price in Sare this time of year. The only downside is that you should leave the doors to the corridor leading to the rooms open (they are closed by the staff) otherwise they slam shut every time someone passes by.
04/05/2026: Everything was fantastic. The room was exactly as advertised. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast.
