Fantastic place! Super tasty, homemade food; we ordered the set menu. Very friendly and efficient staff, they speak Basque, French, and Spanish... We arrived at 2:30 pm and were served without any problem, something no other place in the area would do at that time of day.
A lovely country atmosphere; the place is sometimes busy, but it's worth it. And the prices are more than reasonable for the quality and, above all, the generous portions. There's good, easily accessible parking, everything is wheelchair accessible, and they have both an outdoor terrace and a glass-enclosed indoor area. There's an interesting detail I didn't dare ask about: the place has a Basque pelota court.

We had a very pleasant meal; the food was very good, although it's true that the egg parfait I ordered was a bit small, even though it was delicious. The service was good and efficient. As for prices, well... what you'd expect these days: €16 for burgers, €6-7 for desserts...
Overall, I recommend it.

Good, simple, but local and homemade cuisine. Generous portions and reasonable prices. Nice atmosphere on the terrace with a pleasant view. Very friendly service. A good place to stop in Sare. Close to the centre.

Excellent experience. Magnificent view from our window table. Very pleasant service and a superb meal. We particularly enjoyed the poached egg as a starter, and the fish dish was delicious! Thank you very much, we will gladly return.
