19/07/2026: A truly enchanting interlude, both in terms of the people and the food. It all began with Yanis's warm welcome and genuine smile. His descriptions of the dishes were enough to make our mouths water. Our tasting was a marvel. We finished by chatting with Alessandro about the recipes and the history of the place.
