The dish of the day Penne with meatballs and tomato sauce was super delicious and plentiful. Dessert fruit salad lovely fresh hatch what you needed a warm one. The sweet waiter made it a lovely visit.

Passing through Montreal-la-Cluse, I grabbed a burger in this heat. Takeout. First good point: the cooking. Really? A place that respects the meat by serving a patty big enough to cook it properly? "Blue," I replied.
Warmly welcomed and well served, I left with my burger and fries, eager to enjoy them at my leisure. And it was when I opened the box that I realized I was about to be devoured.
The burger was massive. The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked, two slices of cheddar cheese to try and disguise its size, tomatoes and onions to complement the meat. Usually, burgers leave me wanting more, but this time, it was the dish that was judging me.
Add to that a truly generous portion of fries, hand-cut and therefore homemade, and you'll definitely get your money's worth for the €14 price tag. No complaints whatsoever, the portions are generous, the quality is excellent, and I was practically rolling on the floor once I'd finished everything, there was so much to eat.
My colleague gets pizzas there, which he also really enjoys, but I was there for the burger. I'll definitely be back.
The meal was more like something you'd get in a school cafeteria, and even though we were a group, it's unacceptable. Furthermore, our request to adjust the portion sizes was refused; I shudder to think of the amount of waste after the meal.
A lovely restaurant where I thoroughly enjoyed the daily special and homemade dessert – a real treat at a very reasonable price! Happy retirement to the charming waiter!
19/09/2024: Cela ne paye pas de mine , surtout en fin de période estivale , mais un accueil chaleureux , une carte épurée, une cuisine juste et goûteuse. Coup de cœur pour le dessert à la Bénédictine.
Bon rapport qualité /prix.
03/08/2024: Bonne surprise pour ce déjeuner, auberge découverte lors du passage dans ce village, une cuisine de qualité avec des "aubergistes" avenants et souriants.
Les plats succulents et copieux, ainsi qu'un nougat glacé certainement " LE MEILLEUR DU MONDE". Le vin servi au verre et conseillé par la patronne est de très bonne qualité. BRAVO !!!!!!
