Excellent Vietnamese restaurant, with truly original specialties. The waitress is a little insistent that we choose original dishes, it can be stressful for some but I find the advice appropriate. Very lively on the other hand, more for a meal with friends.
Brilliant from A to Z. Magnificent freshness. Probably among the best Vietnamese we've had (even if the cuisine is just too European for me. It's perhaps missing some aromatic herbs like Tia tô or others). Everything is very good, fresh, careful, generous, crunchy, crispy,… perfect seasonings and carefully measured sauces. Pleasant service. Nice decor. Looking forward to going back.
I discovered this place last year during my trip to the Rugby World Cup in Paris. Been here four more times since then.
The food has been consistently amazing. I try to have something different each time, but my go-to dish is definitely the bo-la-lot. This place is as authentic Vietnamese as it gets.
The Trois Ctrabes moved next door and is now twice as big, albeit still small but very quaint. The new place is very beautifully decorated with its charming lamps that reminded me of being in Hoi An.
I'd come here every day if I were living in Paris. The lady who I assume is the owner is so nice; she even remembered me from the past couple of times I was there. 😋
