The setting, the ambiance, the kitchen tour, the dishes, the wine pairings, the rooms, the breakfast, the reception, the welcome, the thoughtful touches... Everything is perfect and showcases the excellence of this establishment.

Simply put, it was an absolutely incredible experience thanks to the service, the setting, and the food. Everything was perfect.

Despite their 3-star rating, they've managed to maintain a friendly and down-to-earth atmosphere. High quality. An experience not to be missed.

It was an incredible birthday gift. My husband booked months in advance to have the Experience. The welcome at the hotel and his tour were very thoughtful. The place is magnificent... so relaxing. And the dinner 😱... the tour of the kitchens... the kindness of Chef Cesar and all the staff, like a musical score unfolding perfectly. Eleven generous courses, incredible food and wine pairings. The cuisine was very impactful with that touch of acidity added to each masterpiece, and the first dessert arrived... a little too sweet, BUT... without realizing it was accompanied by such a strong tea. It was impressive, breathtaking... We visited Troisgros in May 2025. We only dined at the restaurant, as we couldn't get a room at the hotel. The restaurant is an absolute highlight and the epitome of French cuisine. Run by the same family for generations, it has managed to maintain three Michelin stars for almost 60 years. The meal was a wonderful experience in a dreamlike atmosphere. The wine list is absolutely superb; we had a Vosne-Romanée Les Beaumonts, reason enough to return for these treasures alone. We truly felt at home there, which I believe is exactly what the hosts want to offer their guests.

This year, our visit to Maison Troisgros was an exceptional experience. We had the immense honor of meeting Monsieur Michel Troisgros. He is a truly great man who filled my childhood eyes with wonder with his kindness and simplicity, sharing his passion with us during a memorable tour of the kitchens. Everything came together for a perfect experience: a charming dining room staff, exquisitely refined cuisine, and a truly magical setting. The wine pairing was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this legendary restaurant to all gourmets seeking a truly memorable experience.
