A place that is not particularly highlighted when you pass by but wow!
A very very nice surprise taste-wise. We had galettes and it was so good that we even came back a few days later so as not to leave the Vendée coast without having eaten another galette (yes yes, at that point) even the dessert was nice. 😀
I think it’s an obligation to go and everyone will be very pleasantly surprised.
The attentive, friendly, professional staff.
Both times it was a great time and we are already thinking of going back as soon as we are in the area.

We turned up without a booking at peak period and got seated quite quickly. The serving staff were clearly very busy and a rather stressed. The food was served quickly considering how busy they were. The moule were disappointing, clearly steamed in batches then a sauce poured on top, so hence quite dry and lacking taste. The steaks were good, cooked as ordered. All in all OK.

This is a great restaurant with a nice bit of atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the food was great. We are a family of 6, and we all ate and drank well for just €140! We had pizzas, tagliatelle bolognese, moule frite (we all had a main & dessert), ice creams, wine and minerals.
I definitely recommend.

What a great little place, friendly staff..
Had a few beers in here and even more fun as we could bet on the horses and the pony & trap, and we walked away 5 euros up…
Food is delicious and a very busy place, a must stop and have a drink
