11/7… south of France. My only regret about Truck2Food is not having the opportunity to tell them in person when leaving the afterword organized by the Aster wine estate in Péret last Friday, how well we ate! Obviously, food trucks have been around for many years here and elsewhere… but quite honestly, this is without a doubt one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My choice was the Bangkok… Steak with Yakitori sauce, fresh cheese, coconut milk cans/mint, Thai coleslaw with srirasha mayo and peanuts… it’s a shame they operate 1,000km from my home! Perfect timing despite dozens of orders, a reasonable price and the good humor of the owners… what more could you ask for?

I tried this food truck, and honestly... it's amazing! The burgers are simply incredible: soft bun, ultra-flavorful meat, homemade sauces to die for, and very generous portions. 😋🔥
