July 11th… southern France. My only regret regarding Truck2Food is not having had the chance to tell them in person, upon leaving the after-party organized by the Aster winery in Péret last Friday, just how delicious the food was! Of course, food trucks have been everywhere for years, both here and elsewhere… but honestly, this is without a doubt one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I opted for the Bangkok… steak with Yakitori sauce, cream cheese, coconut milk, canned mint, Thai coleslaw with srirasha mayo and peanuts… it's such a shame they operate 1,000 km from my home! Perfect timing despite dozens of orders, a reasonable price, and the owners' good humor… what more could you ask for?

I tried this food truck, and honestly... it's amazing! The burgers are simply incredible: soft bun, ultra-flavorful meat, homemade sauces to die for, and very generous portions. 😋🔥
