We spent a night at La Truffière during a very busy day and received a wonderfully warm welcome. The dinner was convivial and enjoyable, the room spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. Even though we didn't have time to fully enjoy the place, a big thank you for this warm and attentive welcome!
What a delightful discovery: a charming, peaceful place, with hosts passionate about nature and its treasures. Our truffle-hunting initiation stay was a resounding success! From the affectionate and attentive presence of Umi, their dog, to the fruitful truffle hunt with Laetitia, and the famous cooking class with Eric, everything was wonderful. Yum, we feasted! Well done on your work. Thank you and best of luck to you both!
A magnificent truffle farm where we had the pleasure of meeting a passionate couple and their adorable dog Umi, who, during their visit, were able to share with us their love of their profession and their passion. Sharing their knowledge was truly enriching and very interesting. We ended the visit with a small tasting, and of course, my son and I left with some little delights that we will soon be cooking with great pleasure 😋
Next time, it will definitely be the tasting meal! Bravo and thank you!
