The menu is short as it should be & the food is serious business as it should be. Quality is great, even the small, simple rolls taste fantastic. This will be on my Paris list, will come again!
An authentic Japanese restaurant in a discreet alley in the St Germain district. I myself have a sushiman diploma. I enjoyed the sushi, sashimi and futomaki, a real pleasure in a typically Japanese setting, the service excellent.
Avoid so-called Japanese restaurants which are unfortunately run by Chinese, nothing to do with either hygiene or quality.
A perfect place for a romantic dinner. We were seated at the bar and could see the chefs cooking in front of us. The dishes are excellent and the fish are very high quality. I highly recommend. Go for it! And warm up the credit card 👍
Comme d'habitude, tout est excellent. Un VRAI japonais !!! D'accord, le lieu est confidentiel, peu de tables, il faut réserver. Mais quand ça vaut le détour, on fait ce qu'il faut. Je connais ce restaurant depuis plus de trente ans, et il n'a pas changé d'un iota, toujours d'une qualité incroyable, ça fait trop plaisir d'y aller !
