A wonderful discovery in Paris for Japanese food lovers. Tsukizi offers simple, precise cuisine, with a strong focus on the quality of the fish. The sushi and sashimi are fresh, well-prepared, and served without any fuss. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of the small restaurant and the chefs' work, which can be observed at the counter. It's a far cry from typical sushi chains: here, you truly come for the quality of the ingredients and the expertise. Since the dining room is small, it's best to make a reservation. A wonderful experience at this restaurant! We dined at the counter and appreciated the ambiance and tranquility of the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our sushi platter and sashimi platter, which we complemented with several maki rolls. The chef took the time to chat with us and provide explanations when needed. The service was attentive. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Paris to explore the menu more thoroughly.

Very calm and serene environment with excellent quality sushi. Lots of sushi restaurants have rice with a natural sweetness and more empowering flavors from the fish, but this restaurant is pleasantly neutral in their flavors, which lets you enjoy the textures and the harmony between all the ingredients of the dish. We each got the sushi special (plus some extras, which were ootoro and unagi). The squid with shiso leaf was my favorite out of the platter. The squid is fresh and crunchy, and the shiso leave really adds to the flavor. This place is very busy so a reservation is strongly recommended!

10/10/2026: For me , this is clearly the best udon in Paris. The restaurant is right next to the Tuileries. I recommend coming early , ideally right when it opens , because there can be a pretty long queue depending on the day. The restaurant has become really popular thanks to social media , especially after members of BLACKPINK , Lee Kang-in and other Asian stars visited. The ingredients are fresh and the quality is really there. I especially recommend the duck udon. For the tempura , I recommend ordering it separately rather than putting it directly in the broth , otherwise it can become very soft after a few minutes in the soup.
09/10/2026: The pomelo flavor was weak, and the soup was bland; it wasn't worth trying for tourists.

21/06/2026: With the heat, we opted for three crispy chicken salads accompanied by their delicious gyozas. The service was impeccable and the air-conditioned dining room was a real bonus. I highly recommend it!
