Hello, I'm leaving this comment because I'd like some answers. My children and I have been customers of your establishment for several years and have always really enjoyed your pizzas. However, we've noticed a decline in quality recently: it seems that some products have changed, which is a bit disappointing.
We are also saddened by the closure of La Tute à Burger (even though it was some time ago). It was a very pleasant place, offering high-quality products, a wide selection at reasonable prices, and where the chef was always very polite and welcoming.
Furthermore, we also regret the abandonment of La Boîte à Pizza, which was very convenient, especially late at night or when the pizzeria was closed. Today, it remains unused in the tobacconist's parking lot, which is a shame. We would like to understand why these good initiatives are gradually disappearing from Bérat.
That said, we would like to point out that we continue to recommend your pizzeria. The owner is very friendly and offers some great ideas, such as setting up a television and chairs for football matches, which is much appreciated. We won't discourage you, however, and we'll gladly try again, as we remain attached to your establishment.
We simply hope to hear from you about these changes.
We ordered several pizzas to go, and the quality was impeccable.
The welcome was warm, and our pizzas arrived quickly. The owner had sent them out before the other orders so as not to keep us waiting with our little one, who received a children's menu worthy of a happy meal (pizza, drink, and dessert in his box).
