We were recommended this restaurant, which doesn't have a very good average rating... and frankly, we have absolutely no regrets about taking the advice! The restaurant was taken over in 2026, and it shows: the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, the service is warm and attentive, and above all, we had a wonderful meal! We truly had a fantastic time, and honestly, the current rating doesn't seem to reflect the experience we had at all. We highly recommend this place and hope that future visits will eventually improve its rating, because it truly deserves it!

A great find in the area. The food was delicious, with excellent value for money, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. In fact, we went back the next day. I'm sure those bad reviews are from a different time and have nothing to do with the restaurant now. I definitely recommend it.

Moored in the port of Macinaggio, at the tip of Cap Corse, U Culombu cultivates a kind of genuine simplicity. Settling in under the pergola, in the shade and facing the comings and goings of the boats, you quickly understand that this establishment has grasped the essentials: warm hospitality and excellent food, without any pretense. The cuisine focuses on the quality of the ingredients; grilled fish and risotto are among the house classics, and they are executed with a precision that commands respect. Nothing flashy, everything honest: clear presentation, carefully cooked dishes, that authentic taste that one comes to Corsica seeking and doesn't always find. The service deserves special mention. Attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overly familiar, it gives the whole experience the feel of an invitation rather than a mere service. You leave satisfied, relaxed, and already planning your return. A delightful and genuine stop at the tip of the Cape. Highly recommended.
