The least polite thing was to respect their choice...In old Bastiais I have nostalgia for the old Chez Mémé... You will perhaps admit that the mass tourism boom has led to incontestable excesses which I would like to believe you do not share. Your response honors you. We could not imagine that what was proposed on the board would be very far from a deplorable reality. The "Corsican" menu consists of spreading out on the same plate samples which are supposed to be Corsican... Whether there is a cook is doubtful. As for the fisherman's menu, it's the pompom. He fishes for products probably found at the local supermarket. As for the service, the word does not correspond to reality. The waitress seemed angry, perhaps at having to serve this kind of food. In Bastia you can have much better. But exploiting the tourist in this way inevitably leads to the closure of the establishment as shown by the abandoned neighboring terraces.
