Summer in Corsica was wonderful, and the meals at U Fuconu were rich and gourmet. The U Fuconu inn itself is lovely, and the natural scenery we admired from the terrace pavilion allowed us to experience the joy of living, enjoying happy and peaceful moments far from the stress of the city... Six minutes from the airport, this is a place that makes you feel good and at home. You're immediately immersed in the Corsican atmosphere. The food is fabulous, homemade, and the staff is pleasant and professional. I personally had a veal tian, which moved me because it reminded me of one of my mother's recipes. Dishes in sauce, just the way we like them, made with love. My children all ate something rare, and for them, a very well-made homemade vanilla ice cream.

We ate there before returning to Belgium... and it was our best meal in Corsica... I recommend the penne Corsican style and the stuffed aubergines Bonifacienne style! Delicious! And service with a smile to boot. Thank you for this last experience before returning.

22/07/2024: Un endroit magnifique où les fêtes de famille sont extraordinaires !! Nous ne connaissons pas les tarifs ( peut-être il ne faut pas savoir) mais je pense qu'ils sont plutôt très hauts. Sinon un très bon service, discret et toujours au petit soin rien à dire.... La nourriture était très bonne. Une parenthèse hors du temps.
21/07/2024: Nous sommes restés pendant plus de 24h sur le domaine pour un mariage. Ce fut une superbe expérience ! Lieu magnifique, le service est très millimétré et professionnel. La nourriture est très bonne également. Bref un superbe moment suspendu !
