Excellent food. Wonderful view of the Citadel of Corte. The owners seemed a bit grumpy at first, but were extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

This is a typical trattoria...a simple but clean and welcoming place because you feel like you're among friends even if you don't know the people at the other tables. The owner/manager is very helpful and friendly, and the food is truly exquisite. We had grilled entrecote and French fries. We Italians don't like the sauces typical of French dishes, so we thought we'd do well to omit it along with the green peppercorns...but we were completely wrong. The sauce was delicate and delicious, and the peppercorns were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside...the meat was cooked to perfection. We cleaned our plates with bread because it was delicious. Then we had ice cream in various flavors, and that too was absolutely delicious. The price is very fair, especially considering how good our dinner was and especially considering how difficult it is to find decent places to eat. I think there are very few places like this, and we'll return to Italy happy to have found it, but with the hope of passing through this area again. Rating 10++++

Delicious Corsican-style pizza, friendly and attentive service, comfortable seating inside, outdoor seating is on the street, but not too busy in the evenings. Highly recommended!

The pizza selection is extensive and they taste absolutely delicious. The service is also good and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone in Corte who's craving pizza; it's definitely worth it!
