I've had the pleasure of dining at Petrus En Tout several times, and it's always a true delight. The cuisine is entirely homemade, generous, and absolutely delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into each dish. The setting is superb, with a magnificent terrace offering breathtaking views of the plains—an ideal spot to spend a pleasant moment, whether with family or friends. A place I wholeheartedly recommend; kudos to the entire team! 👏

We went to a restaurant one evening in September during our vacation. The view was simply magnificent, the service impeccable, the owner very kind, and the friendly and very professional waitress seemed to know the menu inside out. The meal was simply excellent. A must-do at least once during your vacation if you're passing through the area. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

05/09/2024: Abbiamo trovato Rosajola per caso e ci siamo fidati delle recensioni, il posto è agreste ma particolare, i piatti semplici carne alle brace, salumi e formaggi tipici con confetture fatte direttamente dal ristoratore, lui un vero padrone di casa che si destreggia tra tavoli e cucina, abbiamo mangiato bene e ci siamo trovati altrettanto bene. Se cercate un posto semplice dove mangiare cucina corsa e trovare anche un po’ di clima casalingo allora provate Rosajola. Consigliato!!!!!
18/08/2024: Luogo caratteristico, unico e suggestivo, ad un passo dal Deserto delle Agriate. Qui potete gustare i veri sapori corsi, preparati a km 0 dal proprietario, che è una persona squisita e gentilissima. La carne era ottima, le patate eccezionali e così i dolci e gli antipasti. È possibile acquistare prodotti fatti in casa, come le marmellate. Se volete avere un assaggio della vera cucina corsa, passate di qua!
