Visited via Viking Rhine River cruise wine tasting excursion. Host was very informative and educational regarding the region’s vineyard locations and area production specialties. Sampled white, red and sparkling. Declined the latter (not preferred) but white and red if representative of the best or favored in area not what I was expecting regarding dry wine vs determination of sugar content. It would have been beneficial to have more wine samples of same genre but time and cost limits. Enjoyed the experience including cheese sampling. Also for not being a wine aficionado a small wallet card with wine types and characteristics might have been a useful takeaway to supplement and personalize the retail location and experience. Hint hint.

Service is lovely but slow--need more staff. The food and wine are awesome and it's such an interesting concept. I'll definitely go back.

A wonderful discovery! We had dinner at this restaurant last night. The Cantal cheese tart was so exquisite that we ordered another one for dessert 😅. The owner is passionate and lovingly shares the story behind each bottle. We hung on his every word and gladly sampled the wines he recommended. The waiter was very professional, and the service flowed smoothly from aperitif to digestif! In short, an excellent first visit, and certainly not the last.
