A really cool and interesting place! I recommend it to all wine and cheese lovers, you'll definitely love it)) It's a "laboratory" for tasting wine and cheese. That's just how it works. I've been here before, and it's always a delight! What's special about this place is that they offer several options for tasting wine and cheese at the same time! Wine is served in test tubes (there are white or red wine sets) and interesting cheeses are specially selected to pair them... You'll be given a brief introduction to the wine, cheese, and then off you go on a culinary journey! You need to follow a strict order and follow a simple rule... first a sip of wine, then a separate piece of cheese (matched to it), and then the wine and cheese! And then the same thing! You'll be positively shocked by the flavors and sensations. It's really cool! Of course, the last option will be the most interesting... worth trying.

We had a lovely time at this wine bar, where we were greeted by a passionate winemaker who enthusiastically introduced us to some wines we'd never tasted before—original and delicious. Geraud, as he's known, gave us excellent advice, and we ended up buying the wine we'd discovered at a very reasonable price. Finally, the small plates that accompanied all the wines were perfect!

We had a mixed charcuterie, cheese selection, this was mixed in quality as well as charcuterie and cheese! The wines were ok, but nothing to write home about. In my opinion, this was a gimmicky place aimed at tourists. They serve then wine in test tubes!!

I went there on a Thursday evening in April. There was no one else sitting there. We were the only ones sitting in the whole place. We didn't enjoy it at all. We ordered the "Alsace Experience." It was mediocre.

A small bar with a lovely, minimalist decor. The welcome was very warm and friendly for the wine tasting. We trusted them with the blind tasting, simply choosing our preferred wine color, and it was an excellent tasting experience.

Great place with few but delicious dishes. I tried the sausage with smashed potatoes and a red wine from the Grand crus selction and it was really a perfect choice, finishing the night with am experience of chocolate and wine. I highly recommend it. Nice place, good wines, perfect choice for wine lovers.

Staff make this great. Really friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the wine. Small but lovely food menu. But I think you come here for the wine. They do wine/cheese experiences which we didn’t try but which looked amazing
