Dinner was good: nigiri, 4- and 5-ingredient bento boxes. Fragrant miso soup, with some seaweed pieces that were firmer than others. Overall, the price remains high and out of step with the setting, which I think is in dire need of renovation. It's hard not to wonder about the state of the kitchens. A shame, then, for the overall experience.

Quick and relatively good value for money at lunchtime. The restaurant is small, but the owner's office is crammed right in the middle, so he easily loses a table of four. In short, make a reservation.

We had a fantastic evening; the manager was incredibly cool. We stayed for over an hour after closing time, chatting with him about all sorts of things. The food was also excellent, much better than Japanese fast food restaurants—you could really taste the ingredients. In short, a great experience, and thank you again for the warm welcome and for this wonderful time.
