An excellent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Rue St. Rémy! I had lunch there with colleagues during the week and had a very pleasant experience, both in terms of the service and the food. The three-course menu with starter and dessert was very tempting. The miso soup is one of the best I've ever tasted; the broth is intensely flavorful. The salmon carpaccio consists of sashimi with a homemade sauce that's absolutely delicious. The gyoza and vegetable tempura are equally delightful. All this accompanied by explanations from the chef, who clearly knows his stuff.

One evening in Shibuya.
It was a wonderful experience: the food was delicious and so plentiful that I couldn't even finish! 😅 The owner is quite a character, with an incredible knowledge of film. I wish I were more knowledgeable about the subject to continue our conversation, as it was so fascinating.

My partner and I came for the first time at lunchtime; we hadn't been before, and frankly, it was incredible. We've rarely eaten so well, an amazing blend of flavors. The waiter was super friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, everything was perfect for a great time. We highly recommend it.

This restaurant was my dad's favorite, and he's passed away... When we came to dinner here, we were able to talk about him with the owner, and for a few moments, I truly felt like he was still with us.
