They make their own flatbread. The sandwiches are simple with high quality ingredients and delicious.

A simple minced meat sandwich in a durum, good but nothing special. 10 euros is an excessive price for this. The service was unfriendly. Hygiene, from the outside, was mediocre. In short, you leave hungry.

Asssiriiiiii was delicious, the bread and lahmacun (Turkish flatbread with minced meat) were all freshly made in their own ovens, and the staff were very nice. As a Turk living in Paris, it's a place I can come to with peace of mind whenever I crave kebab. You should definitely try their ayran (yogurt drink) too.

I wasn't expecting anything, having gone there on my boss's recommendation. What a surprise it was when I walked in! The aroma immediately hits you, the colors, the atmosphere—you know everything will be fresh and you're going to eat well! Unfortunately, the comfort is rustic... The place is clearly designed to make money, and on top of that, the dishes are quite expensive and have gone up considerably since they first opened... That said, the quality is still very high! Be careful with the red chili pepper; it's spicy.

When Google suggests sharing an experience, this little restaurant (they've opened a second one at the beginning of the same street) truly delivers a visual experience first, followed by a gustatory one. Everything is made on-site. The flatbread is prepared individually and baked in the oven. Meanwhile, the various kebabs (kefta, chicken, lamb, poultry livers) cook slowly on a long charcoal grill, stoked with "a hairdryer" 🤣. The flatbread is then transferred to the chef, who seems to have four arms, so quickly does he add tomato, red onion, parsley, and a secret blend of spices. The cooked kebab is then skillfully inserted. With the first bite, your taste buds are completely overwhelmed. Remember the scene in the movie Ratatouille where the critic tastes the mouse's dish for the first time? Since that day, whenever I'm on that street, whether I'm hungry or not, I stop by their place. Start with the beef kefta, which is their signature dish. But my favorite is the chicken liver. I get so much pleasure from introducing it to French and international friends. I don't oversell it and I let its charm work its magic... A guaranteed show!

I visited this place because I was curious about it, as charcoal-grilled kebabs are rarely seen in Japan. I ordered the lamb kebab, and it was generously filled with meat, had a wonderful charcoal-grilled aroma, and the seasoning was just to my liking. The staff were incredibly efficient, and it was fun just watching them prepare the kebabs one after another.

La Cheminee

08/08/2026: A very good traditional Iranian restaurant, offering authentic flavors and a wide variety of typical dishes. A bit pricey but excellent; we will definitely return.
06/08/2026: I had dinner a few hours ago with an Iranian friend and I have absolutely no regrets. Being vegetarian, any concerns I had about the food vanished immediately upon reading the menu. I ordered Motenjan (with saffron rice). Although the dish initially reminded me of beef bourguignon, it was nothing of the sort. A very fruity mix (apples, apricots, prunes…) and very mild (not at all spicy). I discovered doogh, which my friend had already told me about. Something between milk and yogurt. Slightly fermented. With mint. And for dessert, the famous Iranian rolled cake, which I had already tasted. Also very mild. The waiter was very respectful. The restaurant has a traditional and elegant decor. A little haven of serenity far from the hustle and bustle of Paris and far from the images of war. I will definitely go back.

Turquoise Istanbul

12/08/2026: Open in the afternoon in the middle of August. Friendly staff, good meat.
23/06/2026: The owner is incredibly kind. I wanted to try it with my own baguette, but my wife and I didn't have enough, and he kindly reduced the price. The meat is very good; go there without hesitation.
